1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using DonoChain (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What DonoChain is

DonoChain is a non-custodial tool that lets streamers ("Creators") receive cryptocurrency tips from viewers ("Supporters") and display on-stream alerts. Tips are sent directly wallet-to-wallet on the Solana blockchain. DonoChain never holds, controls, or has custody of your funds or private keys.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any tax obligations on funds you receive.

4. Your account & wallet

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout wallet address. Transactions sent to a wrong address cannot be reversed by DonoChain.
• Keep your login and overlay links private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Cryptocurrency & blockchain risks

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible and settle on public networks outside our control.
• Cryptocurrency values are volatile. DonoChain is not responsible for network fees, congestion, price changes, or wallet software.

6. Fees

DonoChain charges a flat 2% service charge on tips, shown to the Supporter before they approve the transaction. The fee is collected within the same transaction.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: break any law; harass, defraud, or harm others; distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content; launder money or evade sanctions; or attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service.

8. Content & moderation

You are responsible for content you provide (display name, images, and the messages Supporters submit). We screen uploaded images and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

9. No refunds

Because tips are direct, on-chain transactions, they are final and non-refundable. Any dispute over a tip is between the Supporter and the Creator.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DonoChain is not liable for lost funds, failed or delayed transactions, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Suspension, termination & changes to accounts

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and for any reason, to suspend, disable, delete, or modify any account or its content — including profile details, alerts, and uploaded media — with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such suspension, deletion, or change.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
